This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, through which Praceira S.L. (placeholder) provides information about its activity and sells at a distance fresh and dried chestnuts, walnuts, honey, chestnut flour, tools and other products related to the Galician chestnut. The conditions applicable to purchases are set out in the Terms of sale.

Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with their content, please do not use the Website.

Errors or omissions in the content, which will be corrected as soon as they are detected. Product photographs and illustrations are indicative: chestnuts are a natural product whose appearance, size and colour vary from one batch to another.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Ourense, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
