Questions
Can I skip a box?
Yes. When you confirm we give you your private link to skip a box, pause the subscription or cancel it, until 23:59 the day before it is packed. Skipped boxes are not charged.
Will I know what's inside?
We publish each week's list before packing: the products, the approximate quantities and where they come from.
When am I charged?
Each box is charged on the day it is packed, not before. The annual total is an estimate based on the current price, how often it comes and the boxes you receive.
What does every four weeks mean?
One box every 28 days: 13 boxes a year. You can also choose every week (52) or every two weeks (26).
