A drum roaster: the chestnut turns over the element and cooks on every face, which is exactly what an oven cannot do. Two kilos a batch, about twenty minutes, no stirring. Score them first with the Garabelo Inox or they will burst inside. We do not make it — we buy it from a European manufacturer — and we sell it because it solves the one problem chestnuts have at home: an oven roasts one side.

How to store it
Always unplug it before cleaning, and never put the body of the machine in water. Trays and removable parts: warm water and mild soap, dried completely before reassembling. Store it dry. You have three years of statutory guarantee from delivery; keep the invoice, which is what proves it.

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Free from €45.00. Fresh products travel in ventilated boxes and leave Monday to Thursday so they never sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Pantry items and tools can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in their packaging.
