A countertop mill with steel burrs and six settings, from semolina to fine flour. It is built for dry grain: pilonga chestnuts, maize, wheat, and on the coarsest setting walnuts too, though walnuts are oily and mean cleaning it afterwards. It is not the stone mill our chestnut flour is ground in — that one weighs half a tonne — it is the one that fits on a worktop and grinds what you need that afternoon.

How to store it
Always unplug it before cleaning, and never put the body of the machine in water. Trays and removable parts: warm water and mild soap, dried completely before reassembling. Store it dry. You have three years of statutory guarantee from delivery; keep the invoice, which is what proves it.
