From A Limia, in our own province. Another farm, another family.
A Limia is forty minutes from the grove and grows the best potato in Galicia: peaty soil, dry summers, and a firm-fleshed potato that does not collapse into a broth. Being from Ourense does not make it ours — we have chestnut trees, not potato fields — which is why it carries the name of the district and not ours. Keeps for months somewhere dark, dry and cool, away from the onions.

How to store it
Picked and shipped unwashed: the soil is what protects it. Wash it just before cooking, never before storing. Leaves go in the fridge drawer in a paper bag or wrapped in a damp cloth, and keep 3 to 5 days. Potatoes and onions are the opposite: out of the fridge, somewhere cool, dry and dark — and never together, because onions make potatoes sprout.
Shipping & returns
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Free from €45.00. Fresh products travel in ventilated boxes and leave Monday to Thursday so they never sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Pantry items and tools can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in their packaging.
